Anything to make a sale

Seriously one of the worst customer service I have ever received from such multi billion company. I was promised that my phone would be delivered in a week after the phone call. 2 weeks went by and they said something about the statement was not correct. Then the next day it was an issue with the courier. It is now the 3rd week, bear in mind i was promised within a week, and now all of a sudden there was a story about how one customer has been waiting since July and they want their customers to be patient. First of all, why was I only notified NOW that there was a problem with the couriers and not before someone made a sale, because I've already been billed, but no phone. I needed the phone for tomorrow, hence why I was okay with the deal.

So now for this big weekend that I planned to have that phone with me, I will be without a phone.

This is not acceptable for you as a company to do. Very shady customer service just to make a sale?

I will no longer be doing business with you as a company after being a loyal customer for many years.
