Another useless solution from MTN
In reply to my previous complaint, I was asked to send the word STOP to 30246 as an sms to discontinue their promotion services. But having done that, I was again sent a message that I've received 200 rand airtime and 100 mb data when I used a fixed amount of my airtime on the 26th December. <br> This just goes to show MTN are not ever going to get this right. Ever. I'm now officially happy to explore my options with other service providers as well as strongly encourage my friends and family to do the same.
