Another MTN Ripoff

As I had not used my MTN prepaid service for just over 90 days, the cell phone number was recycled and given to another customer. I can accept that but not the fact that the credit of R94 on that number was ****** and, according to MTN, cannot be credited to my new number as they keep no record of funds that were on recycled numbers. This is a complete rip-off and is *******.

Please let me know whom to contact to complain.

Best regards,
You could "continue improving service delivery to me" by refunding me my money.
This rule does not apply with Vodacom - they do not forfeit funds in a de-activated account.
