Another livid MTN customer: roaming issue.

I am furious with MTN. We have traveled to Namibia on Tuesday 16 March. My international roaming has been activated but my sim card cannot connect to Namibia's MTC network. I have even checked my cellphone settings at a MTC store . I have reported it straight away to MTN via FB Messenger and after several messages, they escalated the issue to their support team. There is still no solution to my roaming issue and the only feedback I get is that they are looking into the problem. In the meantime I have to rely on wifi hotspots whilst their service is non existent. My reference number is SR# ***.
