Another lawsuit to hit MTN

In early 2020 I purchased and RICA'd a prepaid MTN sim card...there was a period where i didn't use the sim card for a few weeks and then discovered the number rather than being discontinued had been reallocated to another person without my knowledge or me being alerted to the fact...by the time i noticed this my whatsapp had already been compromised as that person (who was a foreign national) had access to my network groups and information on clients and partners to an extent where apart from financial and personal details but also lives may hav been highly endangered due to unsolicited items of information obtained as recently realized the breach could have affected more than we initially anticipated hence I've undertaken a counter intelligence assessment within my capacity with online lobby groups and so forth...what I'd like is to know the nature of the details pertaining to previous experiences of such nature with the service provider as i am aware that i am not the only one to experience this from MTN and what are the measures taken with RICA with prepaid numbers and can RICA statuses be changed unbeknownst to the initial number-beholder somehow?
