Another frustrating waste of time at MTN

Having realized while traveling overseas that my roaming service which has been active on my MTN business account for ten years, was no longer active, I called the automated help line to confirm that it was in fact inactive. The email which they assured me would be sent to assist with re activation has still not arrived. The email I sent to Juanita at the branch, the same person who failed to reactivate my roaming service when she upgraded my contract to the highest package available at MTN, remains unanswered. Knowing that this was the norm for MTN - I went to the branch to be informed that unless I produced a company letterhead, and not just my ID which I had with me, they would be unable to process the reactivation - despite the fact that they can see from the system that the activation should have been done on the implementation of the new contract. I have sent the letterhead while sitting here and for the last 20 minutes neither staff member have received the email sent using MTN's data service whilst sitting in their branch ! This place is a joke ! The manager Shameege has the worst customer relations ethic I have ever experienced !
