Another example of no delivery or response

I logged an issue in early Jan 2015 of no response. I had tried the call centre, web site, visiting various branches, all with no success. After posting a message on HelloPeter, I had multiple responses within 24 hours. It seemed like MTN was making an effort to resolve my issues. I had a few chats with an individual from the MTN Complaints Management Team: REQ:*** who promised to follow up.

Unfortunately this was just lip service. I have since submitted their forms in mid-Jan and followed up via email on more than 3 occasions and not heard a peep from them.

It seems very unfortunate that the only way to get a response from MTN is via HelloPeter. But even then it is not genuine. It is only social media damage control.

Very frustrating and disappointing that I cannot get the service I am paying for.
