Another day of poor service from MTN

I have to date not been assisted by MTN Insurance it is now going on to the third month I have been battling to have my phone repaired. The responses posted here by the aforementioned company are fruitless as what is advised never happens. I think the responses are just a manner of shutting paying clients up.
