We have been waiting for my uograde phone fir 15 days now and each time i phone and ask if my phone is there its like they dont have a clue whats going on and blame it on the warehouse. Will i ever get my upgrade phone and how long must i still wait and call an clueless person that cant give me answers!!! If i dont have a phone by Saturday i am going to insit getting a phine i want on the contract i have cause this is way to long
