Annoying sms messages all day long

I want both of my numbers removed from your annoying sms system all I get all day long is stupid irritating marketing sms and sms saying my dad bundle is depleted even though I have not purchased data I have already called the call centre to have it deactivated over a week and a half ago and was promised it would stop after 24 hours and guess what it got worse now I get double the amount of annoying sms each day. my contract is up for renewal In September and this together with the fact that when I try to make call I get told I have insufficient air time when I have a balance of over R200 is making me believe I should move my business somewhere else.
