Annoying Marketing SMSes

So MTN keeps bombarding us with annoying adverts but gives a option to opt out which doesn't work. I have opted out many times, however I still get these SMSes. It is as if we have to opt out everyday. They are really irritating. This is Spam and extremely annoying. Please help!
