Annoying CallerXchange pop-ups

I've just taken out an MTN contract, and after every call, and after every time I turn off airplane mode, I get these irritating CallerXchange pop-ups relating to sharing business cards, which I cannot disable. (I took out a sim-only contract, so not boatware on an MTN phone. It must be on the SIM.) Please assist in disabling this annoyance.
