Annoyed with suspended accpount

If I can give a negative review I would have.

My contract expired in January 2018, but I was charged the full package up til September when I found out about it. now my account has been suspended without MTN granting me the credit that is due and I am having problems contacting them due to the fact that my account has been suspended.

It is time to ditch all cellphone providers and go with Wi-Fi accounts.
