ANNOYED WITH MTN

I ordered a laptop on 13th December 2018 on condition that it had a numerical pad on the right hand side as I do a lot of figure work. Was informed that said laptop had this feature. I received the laptop on the 19th December 2018, and on opening it, was not what I ordered. I returned the laptop to the Bluff Towers MTN office on the 22nd December 2018, with all accessories intact and unopened. The laptop was returned to the warehouse by the MTN bluff branch on the 28th December 2018 under waybill W***/W***. The details are as follows: Original Invoice No. *** dated 13th December 2018. MTN SA EF Order No. ***_1. Customer No. A***. Courier Del No. DSV. Customer Order No. ***. I have been following this up with the MTN branch since then. I was informed in July that the contract had been cancelled, and that a refund would be done. It is now October 2019 and I have yet to receive my refund of R2214.86. (Which was charges from February 2019 through to August 2019) I have also incurred bank charges of R18.00 per month since February 2019. Although the MTN office on the Bluff has escalated my enquiry many times, no action has been taken. I am beyond annoyed as I have not had the product and yet I was billed for it. I find this to be tantamount to *****. I will never recommend MTN to any of my friends and will try and get them to move to another Cellular company. MTN REF NO. *** (1 of a few)
