ANNOYED PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!

MTN and admyntec you people are so annoying. I received the most hostile service from your elderly guy at the eastgate shopping centre on the 6th of October. And now the constant back and forth with the same questions and answers on my insured device! NB insurance i am paying for i am not asking for a favour. My device is flickering rainbow lights and was indeed repaired for damage BY YOU before, like why must i fight for service i am paying for??? 1million reference numbers since last week come on man get your act together MTN
