Annoyed client

I have a contract with MTN which has ended in November. I called numerous times to cancel it with no luck. I walked to their store in South Coast mall they said I should pay End Nov after that the contract will be canceled, to my surprise today the 12th they called telling me to renew the conrat I said no I have canceled it the gentleman said it has not been canceled bcoz they can't do cancelations in store I have to call. I called again I couldn't get hold of any agent.
