Angry to the core

I am angry, frustrated and annoyed by MTN ,I trusted their service but clearly their I was wrong ,I took a contract phone and I was supposed to pay 159 but every end of the month they deduct 6100,I don't know how we got there and what changed from the contract they sold to me ...there is no consistency and I was frustrated because they took my kids money, i am not working because of vivid 19,this is an inconvenience....please train your consultant to be honest and transparent when granting contracts,on top of that I am wasting money with data to write this review,I wasted money calling you and I wasted petrol to go to the bank to investigate on this matter.
