Angry mtn subscriber.

Very disappointed with this company that has made me pay for service they were not providing and never signed for as in 01 April 2022 I upgraded my contract as it was my sim contract end of term however it was ran concurrently with the new contract it took 6 months to remove without me getting the benefits but was charged as if I was using the benefits and I was sending proof to Emihle Landu and would also cc Retention department on email to no help at all now I’m still waiting for my refund for service paid for but never received/ used I even went to carnival mall mtn to lodge a claim of which everytime I get there the manager says no response from creditors/ debtors department.
