angry mtn customer
i have bought a phone on-line from mtn sep 2017, there was fault in the box i sent the phone back up till today i haven't received feedback i went in store as well as head office no1 can assist me, i still pay monthly for the account

We apologize for the delayed response.
We have contacted the MTN Midrand Warehouse to confirm if they have received the device back. They confirmed the device was returned, with order number ***. The RMA number ***.
The term date for cell number is now 2019-09-28 for cell number ***. The term date will be reversed back to 2017-09-30.
The account is now credited with R442.87 for the promo charges from October 2017 to March 2018 (R61.40) 14% vat not included. The invoice for April -R61.40 (vat not included. =R70.61 (15% vat included.
The credit will be for R442.87, this credit will reflect Monday on the account.
Once the term date is reversed you are welcome to go and do a Upgrade at any MTN store, I will contact you once this is done.
The account balance is now R 1,039.33. the credit of R442.87 will be used against the balance.
R1039.33 minus R442.87=R597.06
R597.06 need to be paid to bring the account balance to R0.00 the April invoices included in this balance.
