angry customer!!!!!

good day, I would like to report the bad service I received from mtn. I app**** for an iPhone 13. that I was waiting for almost 3 weeks. than when I called, they said it was canceled, however I never gave them authorization to do that. than they said the phone is coming on Friday, when the phone arrived I received a Samsung galaxy a05. when I called, they were transferring my call to different departments, keeping me on hold for more than 20 minutes. I need assistance to deal with this. I am not going to pay for this Samsung.
