ANGRY customer
I have recharged my phone yesterday 7/01/19 with R60 airtime voucher. I made one call and straight after that I got WOW Bonus airtime. I have called in multiple times to unsubscribe from these bonuses that subscribe themselves onto you but the CONSULTANTS seems to give me incorrect numbers. I am FEDUP! with MTN. This morning i did NOT make a call and what do you know, they gave me WOW bonus airtime of R15, meaning that my airtime is not there. there anymore. I will not stand for this NONSENSE!!!!!I will take further action.
