Angry client

I have a contract with MTN via Mondo. i am not happy with the contract. i have requested to cancel the contact however when i call Mondo they transfer me to MTN when i get hold of MTN they state that i should call Mondo. Today they debited me R195 and both companies they state that they are not aware of the deduction. 😒😢
