Angry client

I have cancelled a contract with MTN over a month ago and the very same day when I receive calls they appear as unknown. I have contacted MTN and went to the shop several times with no success. Every time I’m being told the matter will be resolved within 24hours but I’m still stuck with this issue. I’m really not happy with their service, this is really frustrating.
