Angry cannot describe this
I need assistance why does my phone say my selected network is not available. I am on the verge of burning down every mtn store i come across. Phone me ********** 268

Kindly note that we were unable to see the alternative number written on the body of this review as the Hellopeter site automatically hides all numbers and email addresses written on the body of the review in order to protect you against possible ***** .
We however went into your MTN account and found a request logged yesterday the 28 November 2017 with our Reactivation department to activate your number on Prepaid. We have now sent another escalation to the request already logged.
Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you on Prepaid.

Please note that it has still not been solved and it is the second day that i have no service and my business cannot opperate.. i need to be online before the end of the day. I spent hours yesterday to get a hold of mtn you disconnected me in minutes but you take forever to reconnect me.
