Angry and irritated Contract Subscriber 🤬

I have been without network coverage for the past two weeks... I have never missed a payment on my Contract sim, calling your Customer care is such a nightmare! Nothing or no one is interested in helping. I'm constantly told to remove thecsim from the handset coz they have reset my sim on the network!!! I was provisioned with Minutes and data which i cannot even us.
