ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE

I am really Frustrated with MTN and their 3rd Party MONDO. I received a contract router in June , then I cancelled and took it back to the shop and received a IRMS which is #517551. till this day i call none stop from July and this is still appearing as an overdue amount. THIS IS NOT OKAY AND IT MESSING AU WITH MY CREDT RECORD. I NEED THIS TO BE RESOLVED URGENTLY.

Might as well cancel the other contract I have with you guys. I have been with the Service provider for more than 18 years and then this nonsense happen. AM VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED
