Angry and disappointed customer

It's shocking how one of the biggest company in South Africa can run such ****, I made an upgrade in October 2019 for my one Sim card and to my surprise they have been debiting more than I signed up for been trying to resolve his issue but all in vain...so disappointed with their services so poor how could one ***** ones money especially from this trying
