Angry and disappointed

Its so disappointing...you get no assistance from MTN customer care..my son's number was cloned...the one moment he was still chating on whatsapp and the next moment someone else is using his number...he phoned customer care 3 times...one of the employees put the phone down in his ear..rude...one says he must switch the phone off and on again and then it will work...the other one says he must buy a new sim card...how do you employ people that can't do the job.
