Angry AF with you guys

I am writing this with so much frustration and anger, I took out the home wifi for me to be able to work from home as I do but it's been a total nightmare, if the internet is not bad it's about the payments and month to month bull, I asked the agent that assisted me in taking this is up and said it will be active today only for me to be told it will only be active on the 1st of April *** an I supposed to go another 2 weeks without data????? I was not told that it's active from the 1st to the 1st hence I wanted you to debit on my pay day the 25th of each month, since you guys are not able to make my services active I need that money for me to be able to but data and Hotspot myself till I get paid and will pay on the 25th for the 1st, how the **** do you think has money by the 15th if I get paid on the 25th??? Somebody better get back to me ASAP!!!!!!
