<p>I am so furious with autopage.we have a contract with them and mtn bought them over.i went to Samsung to get my screen fixed because it fell. They said I need proof of purchase.ok I got to mtn to ask them to help they can't they say I must email, phone and continue to call till I get what I want.....I do that for months using my data my air time and my children's time...I get no where, no one can help....I finally go back to mtn and they say i can use proof of purchase so then I felt a bit of relief..I go to Samsung to only find out once again I can't use that by this I am angry...I have had so much patients for months of fighting and calling to get help and no one can help.....by this time the phone has started giving me problems. ...so I go back to mtn to find out I am about two months over the year I get to fix my phone and they can do absolutely nothing for me......I am so mad at samsung and autopage for not doing there job...I don't just have money laying around to pay for something I could of had fixed for free I have three kids I look after and home school at the same time...This is not fair on me and my children...why would I take away from them to fix something I should of had fixed for free coz it was part of the Samsung contact I took out at auto at the time.....I need this fixed please ASAP thanks</p>
