I have asked MTN to come pick up my phone for repairs till now they have promised to come but jack nothing has happend it has already been 3weeks without a phone but I am paying for the service and I am getting nothing out of it. i am only getting ref numbers i dont knw what they say inmust do with them or maybe the ref number will repair my phone.Can be contacted on ***
