Angelo at Century City - Great Service!!!!!!!!!

<p>I suddenly noticed that my accoutn was 3 times over the normal rate - it was extremely high. I went into the branch at Century City (not inside the centre) . The agent assigned to me said; when I explained to him what my query was - "Yes that is what they all say - they did not use the data" I politely asked him inf Angelo was available and that he knows my data usage.</p> <p>Angelo not only assisted me - but he also found the problem - and sent an email to have accounts verified that what he picked up was correct. He kept me informed via phone calls!!!! This guy truly understand Customer Service and I will remain a loyal MTN supporter as long as he is able to assist.</p> <p>Well done Angelo for always - always being great with your knowledge and assistance. And always with a smile on your face!!!!!!!</p>
