ANELISIWE from boxer Khayelitsha Mtn needs client care training she is rude

I went to Mtn Khayelitsha in boxer the time was 16:52 and trading hours is 9-17:00, when I got there the consultant name Anelisiwe was on the till , I advised her I want to do a simswap she told they are closed when I asked what are the reading hours she told they have to close the system , the attitude she gave me was so unprofessional and irritating, I requested to speak to her senior she told ‘even if you can call him there is nothing he will do because he already left’ she went and ask the second lady at the store to provide me with supervisor number I called supervisor at 16:56 he told he is the one who closed the system so the consultant couldn’t anything at the that time they only have to cash up and by 17:00 the door must be closed, I failed to understand the answer he gave as the supervisor meaning they are not there to assist clients they doing their own staff , am so disgusted and disappointed by the branch, if that the service they bring to boxer center they must just close the store because they getting paid for nothing
