*********** and unprofessional people

MTN and its *********** so called “champions” are truly doing me wrong I regret again taking product with them yerrrr. I mean as per agreements instalment is 530 per month but they decided to debit the money that feels it suits them which fluctuates 528,525,530,536 this is crazy and I didn’t query about it until they this month decided to debit additional amount of 50,37 and when I am querying it they say it may be caused by you missing payment and I asked have I ever missed or delayed payment they said no and now they are telling me that the instalment is now changed to 536 they say it was supposed to start in March this year asked who did they inform and besides have I said in that march they must not take what they said they will take? No one is absolutely giving me answers MTN you’re so unprofessional and you are ****mers I want that money back until you know what you’re doing with customers. The way you’re so unprofessional you sent the link to rate your OWN champion who are not even afraid to say I don’t know as an answer and that link can’t send you our feedback it just freezes exactly like you😡😡😡😡😡
