And they do it again revolting Customer Attitude

Well it seems they have done it again, I app**** for a contract got no answer from them wrote a report here got a totally useless apology then thought well I will try agian which I did eight days ago (this because they say they will "get back to you shortly" but perhaps in 5 days, NO CHANCE, I have written twice in those eight days and again today got another stupid reference number (I think they have that in house form so you cant keep a record like you can with emails) what a totally rude and disgusting Customer attitude this company has it is absolutely appalling THANK YOU Hellopeter for this website where we can tell others what to expect from companies like this and for your useless records try these for size ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER *** and Your reference number is 807180 (copied and pasted) not that they are any use
