And they did it again

Last month i had a complaint about the deduction of more than what was agreed upon. this month this 'wonderful' company deducts double! what is going on!! I will be bringing in my phone and i demand another phone! this is not what was agreed when i got this contract! how am i supposed to just so fine, take my money! it grows on my back! i don't have other bills to pay! that is why i got such an expensive phone! why would i do that!?! you must think I'm a complete idiot!! i need this to be sorted out and I need this to be sorted out today! i am so disappointing in the lack of service with MTN! i would really tell everybody not to do business with You anymore. if i had the money, i would do my own billboard next to the highway as well! but i guess flyers in every shop and on every tree would have to do??
