In a day and age where service delivery is as poor as it is, you get mtn illanga mall that takes the cake with the not giving a **** award. I just purchased a huawei p20 pro (WITH MTN!!) and asked if they have back covers for it as yet as no one else does. Yes, they do have them IN THE SHOP but they still need to unpack. So when will this be done? "SOMETIME NEXT WEEK" was the reply....

She might as well tell me in my face to "**** OFF AND COME BACK WHEN EVER OR NEVER" as the attitude and not giving a **** clearly reflects that. This is shocking and unacceptable.

Please try and hire staff that do want to work and is not as lazy as this bunch.
