***** and poor service

I regret myself why i joined this network. They are so *********** but pretending to be the good network. There was a *****ulent upgrade that was done on my account by rewardsco (Mondo) which i believe is under MTN. Till this day i am trying to solve that matter but they are failing to resolve the issue. Upgrade was done on the 29/12/2022 it is almost a year now, they are so good in suspending the lines but failing to assist their existing customers. Yesterday 4/10/2023 i visited one of their shop, they told me that their system sometime changes thing and they cannot control that. I am thinking of terminating the contract and look for something better than MTN.
