MTN Mathlosana mall consultant is extremely *********** and should work in customer service. I was sold a device that is sim locked and same was not explained to me. When I wanted a refund or exchange, she refused to assist me and said I was suppose to ask. How will I know the product details as I do not work in the telecommunications industry. If she was knowledgeable and fit to work with customers, she should have explained the info to me
