****** and ignored by MTN

I was ****** by MTN [4GIG] data sound little ?

I have two contract phones with MTN , I spend over R2 000 monthly on MTN and on the 19th of September I bought a combo bundle for R99 and never received my data.

I called more than 5 times with no real solution.

I provided countless proof and screenshots and proof of payment yet I never received my data I requested the recorded phone calls that confirmed I had received the data but nothing. I sent 4- 5 emails to complaints department, to their back office back to back my proof and all I got was a robotic answer that my case was closed with no proof?

I disputed and I am exhausted, My case was never resolved , I will never give MTN a cent of my money and after the contract I never want to see this **** of a network ever again more than R2000 monthly spent by me, they are easy to take your money but *****s data from their customers , even when I provided all the proof in the world nobody responded to me!!!!
