MTN does not cancel contracts even though due notice was given. Upgrades are done immediately, but contract are not cancelled. They are allocated again and billed again.

The call center works perfectly, BUT when one gets through to the cancellation, they state there is a problem with the lines and they cannot help you. All the other lines are fine except this one. The result is the customer is billed for another month and so they continue.

This is a disgrace how they treat and bully existing customers.
