***** and client trust violation

Mtn emailed me informing me that my contract is expired and I will be placed on month to month contract, which I immediately responded that I do not want it. I instructed MTN to terminate and cancel. I have all this on record by email. I then had a call from MTN and was assured that this problem will go away if I sign another contract. I then signed another contract but now I am being charged/billed for the month to month which I canceled. This is *******!
