***** and bad service (MTN service provider)

I checked my bank statement and picked an amount of R1355.86 was debited from my account on the 28 February 2023. On the 1 March I contacted MTN to find out why I was debited since I don't have a contract with them. I was pushed from pillar to post different department just being transferred and finally the last person I spoke to said they putting my call through to the ***** department but only to find out she directed my call to South African ***** Prevention Service and I was under under the impression I am transferred to MTN ***** department. I registered my ID with the SAFPS since and send an email to MTN *** on the 02 March 2023 and on the 03 March 2023 I received a response from the same email address reference Reference number: d3511c86-2875-4cad-9451-63cf***5 Below is the email received from MTN

Then on the 06 March I send them the requested document and what transpired in a signed letter. Since the 06th of March I have been email MTN for feedback and I have received any feedback. I reversed the first debit order and on the 30 March MTN debited my account amount of again and this time the amount was R3487.11 Then I escalated the matter to *** as per their website on email and still up to today I haven't received feedback for ICASA

Then 03 April 2023 I visited the MTN store in Sandton City and waited for almost 45 minutes in the queue and the consultant who assisted me just said we need an affidavit then we can submit to our ***** department. I asked the email I received from MTN didn't state such and please check what is happening on the profile and I was told they don't check for ***** on their side I must just bring an affidavit then they will send it to the ***** department for investigation and that they is nothing they can do about it.

My issue is I send an email to customer services with the requirement and they was no affidavit required and now I have to go to the police station yet I haven't even received a response on my case since I log it. What do I have do to clear my name since MTN won't stop debiting my account and this will affect me negatively when they debit and I don't even have such funds in my bank account. I just want them to tell me how was an IPhone taken and how do they close my account. they don't even use debi-check because I would have contacted them and never authorized the debi-check mandate.

Contact details are *** Email: *** / ***
