***** and bad service

I ordered a phone and 1 rooter they delivered 3 rooters no phone, that i returned back to the store in 7 days, my bank account was debited for 4 rooters of which one i never saw. I called MTN several times no one could help to solve my problem until today, the call was transfered from one department to the other. they do not care and no one takes the responsibility for the mistakes or ***** done by their employees or service provider.
