I was quoted almost 13 thousand for an early upgrade fee, this is double plus some extra than what the handset fee is. I was promised to receive a breakdown of this amount via email last week but never did. The agents are rude and comprehension is limited. I will be reporting this to the National Consumer Commission and ICASA. I wonder how you decide what fee applies to who as I have heard of greatly discounted fees when it suits you.
