An UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE!!!

I went to the Mtn branch in cresta last night , and a lady by the name of Koketso Moletsane assisted me.Firstly she was very rude and secondly she has no way of even addressing me as a “client” ,she asked me what I’m looking for and I needed assistance because obviously she is more at liberty to assist as she works there … it was time to close the shop she then said the system is slow and she is off today .. and the phone is out of stock so she can only assist on Wednesday when she gets back.. I called in today and she hasn’t done anything on the system or even sent it through to the vetting department. MTN IS THIS THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU GUYS EMPLOY ??? I want this dealt with accordingly
