An unpleasing experience

I was referred to MTN by a friend as I needed data bundles to regularly help completing my assignments (as I am currently studying online). I bought a MTN ****le and sim card. At this level everything worked relatively well.<br> <br> First, I bought 500MB data and it seemed to work well. Data lasted me for more than 3 days. Please note that I do not download data such as videos, games, etc. And above that, I do not have time for that... I only do this to read course materials and submit assignments. When I finished the initial 500MB, I purchased another voucher of 500MB. To my surprise, this lasted less than 30 minutes!<br> <br> The following day, I purchased 300MB. Sad enough, this lasted 1 minute. At that time, I realised that it was in for something bigger. I called customer service on 083173. This number is self help and I could not access the customer agent. I then called again, at least 20x and got in contacts dpt, but no help. <br> <br> I wonder if MTN is ripping us off and is operating like a ****... I am sadly disappointed. I forgot to mention that I visited a branch in a shopping Mall and there no one was willing to even assist!
