An ********* company

This is my complaint made about a week ago: "Despite numerous requests for MTN to check their signal delivery in Alexander Bay, nothing gets done. They are an organization of "yesmen" , pulling the wool over their paying customers eyes by saying they are looking into it, yet do nothing. This is an entire town MTN that rely on your service. Wake up MTN and actually send service technicians here to look into the problem, instead of just mouthing the words"

Their response was call this number ********** . This I did. I was provided with a reference number: ********** . As predicted in my complaint they will yes sir you, promise to look into the matter and then, do nothing. MTN you are an *********, immoral and exploitative company for the benefiting your fat cat executives. I am now going to get a petition signed by this town of around 5000 inhabitants, post it onto social media websites including your opposition companies such as Vodacom, who provide brilliant service here.
