An UNAUTHORIZED MTN SP Debit Order

about a month ago i got a call from someone from MTN selling me a Phone. i agreed to the contract, as i was looking for a phone. The lady asked if i have then asked for my MTN number. Few minutes later i saw a Debit order mandate popping up on my Banking App (which was for the amount we not agreed on - first red flag) and it got cancelled. it popped up again and it was again cancelled before i can even open it. i got suspicious and contacted MTN and they told me i was offered a data contract of which i did not agree to. the contract was cancelled on the same as it was not what i wanted, they sent me pillar to post but eventually told me it was cancelled. however today(01 May 2025) i got debited (unauthorized) R141.72 i called MTN and told it will be refunded. i cannot keep on reversing this stupid debit order, what about my credit profile. MTN should cancel this nonsense and clear my Name. never ever take contract with MTN.
