An MTN salesman de*****ed me

On the 13th of May 2021 I was phoned by a MTN salesman about upgrading. I told him I was happy to not upgrade. He talked me into upgrading and promised it will only cost R196 more than my present contract although it will be over three years. He also said he will email me the contract. He said the package included a second phone which I did not need. But he insisted it was free. My first bill came and I am paying R500 more. That is *****. MTN insist I phone a number which is not being answered.
